Clarach Bay Holiday Village

The caravan exceeded expectations nice little touches from the housekeeping team and it was a very comfortable stay

Nothing here that I would entertainment wrong time of the year

We had a great short stay once again. Hot tub and the lodge was amazing. Definitely worth the money! Hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful lodge,good size for 5 adults and 1 baby and a dog.Loved the hot tub and descent size beds just perfect.

The park was basic, with no activities throughout the day for kids.The caravan was outdated and small.We loved the beach being so close though.Could have had more on the park for things to do.Was a nice little park I would recommend to older kids rather than younger kids.

Really happy with the caravan few little things we noticed 1 glass was cracked the boiler door in the ensuite kept falling off but still really happy, hot tub was a lovely addition

The caravan was a good size. Comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We cooked in the caravan without any issues.The caravan was clean and had a nice few touches (some tea towels, bin liners, scourer and little bottles of washing up liquid, shampoo etc to keep you going until you got to a shop. Also little dog basket, blanket & bowls if you did take a pet!

The caravans are clean and have most things you need. Oven takes forever to cook but is perfectly usable. Beds are comfortable but don't expect alot of space.Biggest let down is privacy - hot tub and terrace are overlooked by the adjoining caravan which also is in direct sight of your windows, we had to keep our curtains closed so maybe a screen or privacy glass put in would help.

Perfect location, great facilities, everything we needed as a base to go the beach and local places. Caravan was clean and fitted our family of 4 perfectly.

There is nothing bad i could say about this place. The only thing i think that needs looking into is the swimming pool. It was spotless, clean and tidy, but in my opinion way too small.

The lodge was well furnished and clean. There was a welcome pack with some essentials for our stay. The beds were made up for our arrival and the kids loved having their own bathrooms, no fighting over anyone spending too much time in the bath/shower ????. The only downside was the pillows were very firm so took a bit of getting used to.

Brilliant Lodge

For what we paid was worth the money .Fireplace not working so very cold in caravan when arrived and took ages to heat up . Also fire alarm sporadically went off!

Wouldn't hire this kind of van again

Very big site and soo spread out. You need to have a platinum to have any form of nice facilities

Lovely comfortable caravan. The welcome treats were much appreciated. WiFi was also a great addition.

Awesome place lovely views and town and central to go and explore other places close by.

Will certainly be visiting again. Staff very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome.

Stains on beds had to get sheets sheet wasn’t done / parking was far for our lodge

The lodge was fantastic it was great it everything we needed and more I will book the lodge again and it was so peaceful

very old fashioned, not dog friendly doors facing the road with no safe place for them to be outside caravan, bathroom old fashioned pink suite, duvet only just fitted the top of the bed more like a single,

Extremely Happy with the lodge. Very Clean inside. Loads of storage. Lots of room for the 6 of us. A welcome pack was waiting for us with wine and beer. A fabulous coffee machine. Dishwasher, washing machine with a large enough fridge and freezer. Customer service came to check everything was OK. The hot tub was perfect. Very clean and private. It's a 10+ minute walk to facilities tho, but the plus side is it is very peaceful

Our stay at Clarach Bay Holiday Village was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was superb and the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend. A+

Two things that i would like to see are somewhere to get vegi food and bacon butties/brunch/hot drinks in a morning.

Excellent food including wood fire pizza, traditional fish and chips and burgers, crepes, ice cream. Bed extremely comfortable. Type of customers are disappointing as they complained over prices which were actually reflective of the current climate. Seagulls noisy, but still had a great sleep. Really helpful staff and good evening entertainment.

The location is great, it has direct access to the beach. There are plenty of food options and we found the pricing very reasonable. The caravan was great too, it had everything we needed for our stay and It was spotlessly clean. The location of the caravan was also great, at first we were a little concerned as it was right next to the pool but there wasn’t too much noise apart from the seagulls on the roof. The park facilities such as the pool and entertainment were also good. We took our 3 year old granddaughter and she had a great time, there was plenty to keep her entertained.The staff were all friendly and more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the chippy. They only cook one order at a time which caused a backlog and long waiting time. We would definitely recommend this park and would return.

Lovely site in a fabulous location. The caravan was first rate and we had a warm welcome from the staff. Lost a point for on site facilities as we didn't use all of them so can't comment, but there was plenty to do! Would definitely visit again and recommend. (Remember to log out of your Netflix when you leave...!) ?

Lovely site quite friendly staff caravan was clean the only issue I had was the rubbish being left on the site and beach needs more maintenance to ensure this doesn't happen apart from that it's a lovely place

I only booked this on a whim, best decision I ever made. Superb location, onsite facilities are brilliant, staff are friendly and so helpful, evening entertainment in the club is brilliant. Everything is very clean. Would recommend 100%. Defo booking again for 2023
