Broadland Holiday Village has an idyllic setting on the river banks of the Oulton Broad. This popular park was awarded the tourist board's highest grade of excellence for the quality of the facilities on offer. This grading is not achieved lightly so you know that when you book a holiday at Broadland Holiday Village you are booking one of the best places to stay in the UK. There is something for everyone from water sports to an indoor heated pool. Other amenities include a sauna, fitness studio, clubhouse, bar, takeaway, private marina and boat launching and mooring facilities.
Close to the holiday park is Nicholas Everitt park which has tennis courts and bowling greens. For a fun family day out head for Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park in Lowestoft.
Accommodation is a choice of brick built bungalows or 2/3 bed caravans. The accommodation is cosy and suited to holidays at any time of the year. For couples the Broadside Bungalow is a good option with one double bedroom. Small families should go for the Broadsrest with one double and one single. Larger parties will like the 4 bedroom Broadslodge and three bedroom Broadsedge. The only one downfall with this park was the restaurant/pub did not allow dogs in which was really disappointing. This meant that we had to drive to a local dog friendly pub which meant one of us had to drive so could not enjoy a drink.
This would most definately put me off returning.

4 nights over Christmas had a fantastic time staff brilliant bar was lovely Christmas dinner was great looking forward to next year
Clean fresh bed linen. Lovely surround. Every thing supplied. In all a very enjoyable Christmas break with family close by. Will be booking again soon.
Beautifull place only reason given 8 is free WiFi would be great and a little shop on site would be great.
The only and I mean only thing that was a negative was the price for food at the on site resturant and bar. The staff were excellent the pool staff were very very funny and great personalities, reception girls were very helpful and our accomidation, concidering I have stayed at at least 20 different sites in the last year this would be one of my top 5. I will be returning again some time thank you all.
Lovely park, returning after a 12 year absence.
Properties modernised and clean and tidy. Kitchens a little on the small side but in reality, only used to cook breakfast so no real problems.
Great clubhouse with good variety of food and drink, good value too.
Absolutely loved it. I went out of season so I expected it to be quiet. It was a lovely location and provided me with much needed R&R
