Ladram Bay Holiday Park

It was such a fantasic holiday we are booked for 2weeks in 2011. Looking forward to meeting the very friendly helpful staff and staying in the lovely caravans.

Good sized caravan for what we needed. My only issue i jad was the narrow corridor and the doorways, and the very blunt kitchen knifes that where supplied. Comfortable beds and sofas. Can't say much else really.

Just perfect.

No iron or hair dryer in the room. Had to pay extra for WiFi as we also did not have any signal on our phones.

Very comfortable mobile home. One settee could do with replacing as went down in the middle & mattress probably near end of life but that didn't deter from our comfort/enjoyment of holiday

Upgraded to caravan

This was our first holiday park stay with our toddler and we couldn't fault a thing. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The caravan was clean, well equipped and the hot tub was cleaned regularly. Great entertainment for kids throughout the day, with indoor soft play and outdoor play equipment in between.We booked an hour slot for the pool each day with reception which was never a problem.The shop on site was reasonably priced and stocked everything you would need for your holiday. We didn't use the restaurant during our stay but can highly recommend the fish and chips! Again reasonably priced.Really looking forward to returning again in the future.

The accommodation was just right for what we needed for our family of 4 (two adults and 2 young children). It was clean and tidy when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for our 3 night stay.

Great caravan to stop in. Close to facilities, beautifully clean and well looked after. Would definitely stay there again

Ladram Sapphire 3: Lovely large, clean caravan with modern decor and fittings. Great hot tub. Would recommend, and would visit again.

Would highly recommend. Great accommodation that’s immaculate. The site is in a great location with a beautiful beach. Great for children with a swimming pool, soft play and park. The restaurant has a great menu and a chip shop on site.

Everything we needed, cosy, clean and comfy beds

Excellent caravan

Very average caravan for your money. A few crisps left behind that cleaners missed but no big issues. Everything worked fine.

I actually upgraded to the apartments and they were above expectations - 2 bedrooms both with en-suites and tvs. Modern kitchen and loungs. Lots of space. Balcony with sea view

Spotlessly clean and fully equipped, we felt right at home instantly.

Caravan was lovely and clean. No towels included. Wasn’t as nice outside as pictured. No view and decking was flimsy. Hot tub was lovely, and kitchen was well equipped

The caravan had all we needed but we did go out and buy a rubber mat for the shower as it was a little slippy, beds were very comfortable, caravan was nice and roomy and clean and tidy.

Spotless, comfortable and excellent value for money

Overall the caravan was good. Some rubbish under beds and dirty plates in cupboard. Nothing that ruined our time tho.

Fabulous, quiet and cosy holiday. Great price (we didn't go in peak times though)The caravan was lovely.

The lodge was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). The lodge came with a hot tub which was an added bonus. Amenities were what we would expect and it was in a perfect location with its own parking.

We stayed with our girls 4 nights, everything was great! Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend

Caravan very clean . Spacious and good value for money. Could do with some more utensils. The bowls were small just about fit cereals in them. Personally I always want a teapot!

Our first caravan holiday season once childhood and we were totally amazed by the whole experience. The cleanliness of the whole site was perfect as was the attention to detail given by the reception staff, making our check in one of the best ever!! Our 5yr old granddaughter had an amazing time and as a family we are looking forward to coming back soon .

Pretty good for the money & likely age of the accommodation.

Lovely apartment. The only letdown was the smell outside of the front door. It wasn’t overpowering but there was an unpleasant smell of sewage (or something like that). Didn’t spoil things at all though????

Had a lovely holiday

Beautifully clean and tidy site even though it is a large site and is very close to the beach though that is very pebbley and quite painful to walk on, so if you`re after a nice sandy beach then Exmouth is only a short drive away. Saying that, it was nice to have some picnic benches on the beach to enjoy a picnic. Caravan was also spotless with everyday essentials for cooking supplied. Also a welcome pack of a tea towel, washing up sponge and washing up liquid. Beds and sofa were both comfortable and great to have a coffee table in the lounge area too. It was easy to book the use of the swimming pool though you aren`t able to do this until 24 hours before , but at the time we went we didn`t find this to be a problem and managed to swim everyday. You are allocated a full one hour which was perfect. The only criticism I have is that it would be nice to have some basic instructions on how to work the cooker. Ours was electric which I was quite happy with but having turned it on, found there to be no heat coming from it, this in turn tripped the elcetric and although maintenance were quick to come out they couldn`t resolve there and then. It turned out to be you have to turn the timer on, as well as the oven, which seemed odd, in order for the oven to work. Then adjust timer accordingly . We were given some gift vouchers to eat at one of the site food places to compensate but would have preferred money back for where we had eaten the night the cooker failed to work. We didn`t eat in the restaurant so can`t comment on it though fish and chip shop was nice.

We loved it here. Plenty to do, entertainment was brilliant. We booked again for next year.

Fantastic, what more can I say

Beautiful place and lovely accommodation with hot tub.the hill to the beach was a workout very steep but it didnt spoil our holiday had a lovely time didnt want to go home.

Overall a good holiday. Location is excellent. Staff were OK. Didn't like the food at the restaurants.

We had one of our best holidays here, the site is perfect for us, we loved the private beach and water sports hire. The pool and splash zone were great. We brought our dog and there were plenty of places to take him for a walk. We drove over to Sidmouth and Exmouth both towns were lovely.

Seating for adults in the children's play area is needed when supervising children playing.

Amazing location, beautiful views, very clean & tidy, great opportunity just to chill & relax

Great holiday spot with private beach, this is our second trip to Ladram Bay and we’ll definitely be back again!
