Cresswell Towers is a welcoming and friendly park based just 200 metres from the Northumbrian coast and in particular the dunes at Druridge Bay. This coastal setting with sandy beach makes Cresswell Towers a favourite with families.
For entertainment during the day there is plenty to do for the whole family. Children will love the Sparkys Krew Club kids club (for 5-11s) and also the outdoor play area and sports court. The Tower Tavern is a great place to hang out both during the day and in the evening where you can enjoy a relaxing drink. In the evenings the place comes alive with entertainment such as competitions and cabaret.
Outside the park you will be in a perfect area to explore. Why not enjoy a woodland walk or head for the 18 hole golf course at nearby Longhurst. If you want to explore further then some recommended day trips include Holy Island and Alnwick Castle and Gardens. Alnwick was actually the setting of Hogwarts in the famous Harry Potter films and makes an excellent local attraction for children and adults alike.
Accommodation at Cresswell Towers is a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom caravans. The Cresswell Bronze 2 has two bedrooms and sleeps 4-6. This caravan is a good budget option. The Cresswell Bronze 3 is very similar in style but with three bedrooms. For a more superior caravan then the Cressell Silver 3 is popular with one double and twin rooms. Finally, the Cresswell Gold standard caravan is a top of the range 12ft caravan with heating throughout. This caravan sleeps 6-8 in one double and two twin rooms.
